The garden lettuce and spinach are ready for harvesting this week, so we’ll be eating a fresh salad with every meal. The arugula is still small, but we might be able to steal an leaf or two to jazz up the salad as well. Also, ears of corn from Florida are crazy-on-sale at the moment, so we’ll be eating a lot of that as well… maybe with some compound butter?
