Meal Plan: September 13 – 19, 2014

This week in cooking adventures: healthy goodness. Or, rather, MORE healthy goodness than usual. Meaning: no pizza this week. Vegetables abound.

Planting in the garden this week: beets, broccoli, tatsoi, and leaf lettuce. Hurray for long growing seasons!

Saturday and Sunday

Mega-Salad with greens, shaved carrots, goat cheese, radishes, celery, grapefruit, grilled zucchini, and shaved almonds.

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

Indecisive Vegetable Lasagna (combining this one, this one, and this one)

Thursday and Friday

Sweet Potato and Rosemary Soup, from Weeknights With Giada
