Unfortunately, it is not a very exciting week in terms of recipes. Upon our return from upstate New York, we opted to scrounge for food until the weekend, when we’ll head to Table Rock State Park, SC with friends and our loyal dog, Brick.
Wednesday and Thursday consist of leftovers and what’s-in-the-pantry, and the weekend is all about semi-backcountry cooking. We’ll be car camping, so there’s no real need to weigh ingredients and so forth, but we will have to consider how to plan two dinners away from home with a small Coleman stove or JetBoil.
