So the change in the weather has got me craving cold-weather food, so this week features lots of cast-iron cooking and one-pot meals. From beef stew to porter-braised chicken, it’s going to be a great week. Also, even though Thanksgiving in several weeks away, I cannot stop thinking about it.
New to the garden this week: sorrel, kale, and swiss chard.
