Meal Plan: March 3 – 10, 2015

Spring is trying to arrive in South Carolina, but the Polar Vortex keeps holding it back. This week we had highs of 78 and lows of 30 degrees. What gives?

This week, and next week really, are really busy for Rebecca and me, so we’re keeping dinners very simple. After that, and maybe once it warms up consistently, more beach picnics may be in order…

Loaded “Southwest” Sweet Potatoes (black beans, chopped tomatoes, sharp cheddar, avocado slices, hot sauce)


Pizza (ordered out!)

Sunday and Monday

Hummus Wrap, Tomato Soup


Pineapple Grilled Pork Chops, Green Beans
