Meal Plan: March 11 – 16, 2015

STRRRRRETCH!

That’s the sound of all the plants in Charleston reaching toward the sun without being pummeled by rain or smothered by clouds. It has been warm and sunny and dry for a few days and everyone has been reveling in it.

We’re celebrating St. Patrick’s Day a bit early, since the boiled dinner takes hours to prepare. How do people do it on a weeknight? I have no clue. Sláinte!
