Meal Plan: March 25 – April 1, 2015

Lots of excitement this week! My parents will be in town to visit and help with the construction of a new deck. We’ll be doing some dinners out at restaurants and some at home, and having some fun in Charleston.

I’m especially excited about the Kapuśniak, which will make a mega-batch large enough for three dinners. Sauerkraut soup doesn’t sound like the most appetizing thing in the world to me, but a second glance at the list of ingredients brings the realization that there are also plenty of pork products and soup vegetables to balance it out.
