Meal Plan: May 17 – 29, 2015

It’s a busy week leading up to a Saturday bridal shower that Rebecca is helping to plan. The end of the school year is around the corner as well, lending a weird sense of urgency to our days. So I’m trying to slow things down with some easier, mostly meatless recipes that can be whipped up in 30min to an hour.

We just have to make it through next week and summer will be here!
